Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–4 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Times

We ship internationally. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

• United States: 7–14 business days
• Canada & Australia: 10–18 business days
• United Kingdom & Europe: 10–18 business days
• Rest of World: 14–21 business days

Please note these are estimates and actual delivery times may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or other factors outside our control.

• Free shipping on all orders over $50
• Standard shipping: Flat rate applied at checkout for orders under $50

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.

Lost or Delayed Packages
